On the ST the OBD rate is fast and seems to be pretty darn consistent though.so that may be a good app to use. I've spent tons of time messing around with Harry's lap timer (I have android phone), but find the OBD side of things to not always work as well or reliably. I use XGPS 160 for gps and OBDlink MX for OBD stuff. Sony Action Cam (AS100V) + TrackAddict + RaceRender has been my most used setup.
